Remove halloumi from the package and pat dry if it’s wet. Cut into bite-size ichunks. Coat halloumi pieces in flour. Dredge in egg and follow with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and paprika.
Lightly coat air fryer drawer or tray with cooking spray and place halloumi. Cook at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until golden. Flip halloumi halfway through.
