Halloumi Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 packet halloumi
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams of gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, or seasoning of your choice

Directions

  1. Remove halloumi from the package and pat dry if it’s wet. Cut into bite-size ichunks. Coat halloumi pieces in flour. Dredge in egg and follow with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and paprika.
  2. Lightly coat air fryer drawer or tray with cooking spray and place halloumi. Cook at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until golden. Flip halloumi halfway through.
  3. Enjoy and serve with sweet chili dipping sauce!
