Ham and Cheese Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1-1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 4 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Arrange bread slices in bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  2. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, salt and ham together; pour over bread slices.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Before baking, cover with crushed corn flakes mixed with melted butter.
  5. Bake at 325 for 45-40 minutes.
