Ham Barbecues

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard or small amt of prepared mustard
  • 1Tablespoon red jelly or grape jelly
  • 1 Tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

  1. Combine sauce ingredients in top of double boiler and cook over simmering water until jelly has melted. Stir occasionally while cooking. Add chipped ham. 1 pound chipped ham will make about 4 or 5 sandwiches. Double or triple sauce recipe if cooking more than 1 pound of chipped ham. I use a mixture of Isaly's chipped chopped ham and chipped low fat cooked (boiled) ham.
