Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Pour thawed hash browns in a greased 9x13 pan.
  2. Mix 1/2 cup melted butter, onion, salt, soup, pepper, sour cream, cheese and milk together, pour over hash browns.
  3. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top and drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour.
