Healthy Chicken Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup of leftover chicken mince or shredded boiled chicken
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce chopped (1/2 serve required)
- 1/2 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 can corn, drained and rinsed
- 1 tomato, chopped (1 serve vegetable required)
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- Lemon juice, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Directions
Prepare all your other ingredients and add them to a large salad bowl as you go along.
Add as much salad dressing as needed and toss with an extra squeeze of lime juice and pepper if desired.
Serve immediately.
