  • 6-8 Tilapia Fillets
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Tbs Mayonnaise (light)
  • 3 Tbs Butter, softened *
  • 1-2 Tbs lemon juice to thin the mix. Fresh is best but the squeeze one is ok too!
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of Parsley
  • non stick spray or olive oil for pan
