Brown bacon in frying pan on medium-high heat until crispy; poor off ALL excess fat from pan leaving only crispy bacon
Return pan to stove, add onion, tomato and season with salt & pepper; cook on medium high heat covered until tender approx 15 minutes stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.
In bowl, mix together warm water and yogurt until combined
Add yogurt mixture, chick peas & broccoli to vegetables; continue cooking cook until warmed approx 5 minutes
