Heaven on Sevan Cajun Coleslaw with Honey-Jalapeño Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 lb shredded green cabbage (or packaged cabbage mix)
- ⅓ cup thinly sliced green onions (white & green parts)
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- For the Honey-Jalapeño Dressing
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 5 tsp granulated sugar
- 1½ tsp seeded, minced Jalapeño
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp Angel Dust Cajun Seasoning
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp hot pepper sauce
- ¼ tsp ground white pepper
- ⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ⅛ tsp ground cayenne pepper
Directions
To make the salad:
Combine the cabbage, onion & carrots in a bowl and set aside
To make the dressing:
Whisk all the ingredients together until combined
Pour dressing over the cabbage and mix throughly. Cover and refridgerate at least 1 hour befor serving.
