Herbed Lavash

Ingredients

  • 1/2c olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 slices lavash bread
  • 2t sea salt flakes
  • 2t dried mixed Italian herbs or own choice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180*C.
  2. Heat oil and garlic in a small saucepan until oil is warmed and garlic is fragrant but not browned.
  3. Brush lavash on both sides with oil.
  4. Cut each piece of bread into 8 triangles.
  5. Place on tray and sprinkle over herbs.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crisp.
  7. Makes 48 pieces.
