Process 1st 15 ingredients in a food processor until blended. Pour 3.5 cups into a resealable bag, add turkey. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours. Refrigerate rest of the marinade.
Drain and discard marinade. Place turkey in a 5 QT slow cooker, add reserved marinade. Cook on High 3.5-4.5 hours. Meat should be 170 degrees.
