High-Protein Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 240 g cottage cheese
  • 240 g Griekse yoghurt
  • 2 eieren
  • 30 g cacaopoeder
  • 120 ml ahornsiroop of honing
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a parchment lined 6” round baking dish.
  3. Bake at 325F for 45-50 minutes until the edges of the cake feel slightly firm and the centre is still soft. The cake will still seem quite liquid in the centre but that’s what we’re looking for.
  4. Cool in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours. Overnight is best.
