  • 125ml light milk
  • 7g chia seeds
  • 100g vanilla yoghurt
  • 25g rolled oats
  • 195g frozen mixed berries

Directions

  1. Combine milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, rolled oats and berries in a container or jar. Seal container and refrigerate overnight. The oats will be ready to eat in the morning.
  2. TIP: if you refer a thicker consistency, use half the milk and save the remaining portion for use in a snack, tea or coffee later in the day.
