2) In a large bowl, place your milk and egg yolk. Whisk together until it's blended well
3) Add in your 1 envelope of yeast, sugar and melted butter. Blend well. Add in your Salt and Pumpkin Pie Spice. Mix well.
4) Cup-by-cup slowly add in your flour until it's "chasing" your spoon. By this point, turn it out onto your clean counter top and knead until it's smooth.
5) Place Into a greased with veggie oil bowl and set in a warm place to rise. Should take anywhere from 1-2 hours. Depends on how warm it is. (I place mine under a heat lamp to rise faster.)
Place in the bread pan and let ride again.
Place in the oven at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
