Honey Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.5lbs Chicken thighs cut into one-inch cubes
  • 1/2c AP flour
  • 1/2c Cornstarch
  • 1/2tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2c Ice cold water
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2c butter
  • 2tbsp sugar
  • 2tbsp honey
  • 2tbsp soy sauce

Directions

  1. Place chicken, flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and ice cold water in a bowl and give a good mix. Fry individual chicken pieces until golden brown.
  2. Combine butter, sugar, honey, and soy sauce in another pan on medium heat. Stir until combined. Turn off heat. Add cooked chicken and evenly coat.
