Dip chicken in egg white and the coat with flour- shake off any excess.
Heat the wok until very hot, add 2 Tbsp oil ans swirl to coat the side. Stir fry in batches for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and just cooked. Drain well on paper towel and set aside.
Add a little more oil to then cook the onion until softened, then add capsicum and carrot, tossing constantly for 3-4 minutes then add snow peas and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Now add the honey and toss until veges are coated, return the chicken and toss until coated in honey also. Remove from heat, sprinkle with nuts, season and serve. Very very easy, basic ingredients but a real great flavour.
