Honey-Garlic Pork Bowls | Easy Kurobuta Pork Recipe in 30 Minutes | Snake River Farms

Ingredients

  • 1 (1.75-pound) package Snake River Farms Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce, divided
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, whisked with 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil, divided
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • Rice, for serving

Directions

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin widthwise into 1/4-inch-thick rounds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of the soy sauce with the lime juice, honey, garlic powder and cornstarch mixture. Set the sauce aside. 

  3. Add the pork tenderloin to a large bowl along with the remaining 1/4 cup soy sauce and toss to combine. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons avocado oil and swirl to coat the pan. Cook the pork in batches, flipping the pieces once, until they are browned on both sides, 3 to 5 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the pork to a plate.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium then add the remaining 1 tablespoon avocado oil to the skillet. Add the broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Transfer the broccoli to the plate with the pork.

  6. Add the prepared sauce to the skillet and stir, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until thick and syrupy, about 2 minutes.

  7. Return the pork and broccoli to the skillet and toss to coat. Spoon it over rice then serve.
