  • 1 cup plain flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp mixed spice
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra pinch
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • 1½ cups brown sugar
  • 150g sultanas
  • 150g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate, chopped
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g CADBURY Baking White Chocolate, melted, cooled
