  • 1/3 cup tahini (I prefer the White Dove brand)
  • 3 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon sweet Hungarian paprika, for garnish
