Ingredients

  • One gallon organic whole milk
  • ¼ cup- Heinz distilled white vinegar
  • Cheese cloth
  • 2 big bowls
  • Strainer
  • Paneer making mold (steel mold is recommended, but if not available, you may use a plastic tofu mold)
  • Weight- I have used mortar pestle
