Irresistible Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tps bi-carb soda
- 1 tps vanilla
- 1/2 tps salt
- 1/2 tips cinnamon
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 slightly beaten eggs

Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine butter and water. Heat to boiling.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, bi- carb soda, vanilla, salt and cinnamon.
- Add the hot mixture of butter and water; stir until smooth.
- Add buttermilk and eggs; stir until mixed through.
- Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan.
- Bake at 180 for 35 mins. Cool in pan on rack.
