Island Green Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup fresh kale
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ to 1 inch peeled fresh ginger, to taste

  2. Add the spinach and kale to the blender first, followed by the coconut water. Blend until the greens are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth. This helps prevent larger leafy chunks in the final smoothie.
  3. Add the frozen pineapple, mango, frozen banana, and fresh ginger (if using) to the blender.
  4. Blend on high until the mixture is thick, smooth, and creamy, about 45 to 60 seconds.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
