Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Add sausage links and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side. Remove to a plate.
Add garlic to skillet and cook for 1 minute. Add chard, crushed pepper flakes, lemon zest, and water. Once wilted a little add sausages back to the skillet. Cover reduce heat to medium-low, and cook until sausages, reach temperature of 160 degrees about 10 minutes. Slice sausages and serve immediately with bread.
