Jam Drops

Ingredients

• 3/4c caster sugar
• 125g margarine
• 2c SR flour
• 2 eggs
• Jam

Directions

Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs one at a time and beat well.
Add flour.
Roll into balls and make a hole with the end of an egg. Fill with jam.
Bake in a moderate oven about 10-12 min. until golden.
