- ☀️Filling: 4-5 pieces of scallions,
- 2 scotch bonnet peppers 🌶
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 tsp of minced garlic.
- 🍳1/4 cup of veg oil over high heat.
- 🐂1 lb of ground beef.
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 3 tbs of ketchup
- 3 packs of sodium free beef bouillon cube seasoning
- 2 tsp of onion powder
- 2 tsp of paprika
- 2 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of thyme seasoning
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp ground Jamaican all spice seasoning.
