Jambalaya
Ingredients
- DAY 6 DINNER:
- 3/4 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup corn
- 2 ounces cooked Turkey sausage
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup no salt added black beans
- 3 cups spinach
- Olive oil
- Pinch of Garlic
Directions
Make jambalaya by combining brown rice, corn, cooked sausage sliced, salsa and beans.
Heat through. Eat with spinach sautéed in garlic and oil.
