  • 3/4 cup ginger root, rinsed & sliced (no need to peel)
  • 1/2 cup turmeric root, rinsed & sliced (no need to peel) or 2 Tbs turmeric powder
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs. maple syrup or homey
  • Diced pineapple

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Strain with cheese cloth. Keep in the fridge for a week.
