Combine flour, salt, and pepper in resealable plastic bag, add pork and shake well to coat. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add pork in a single layer (working in 2 batches if necessary) and brown on both sides, about 5 minutes. Transfer to crockpot.
Add sweet potato, corn, 2T onion, garlic, chili pepper, and allspice. Stir in broth. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours.
Stir in lime juice and remaining onion. Adjust salt and pepper. Serve stew over cooked rice, if desired.
