Kale Soup

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Carrots
  • Potato
  • Kayle
  • Two containers beef broth
  • One large can crushed tomato
  • Kidney beans
  • Linguiça

Directions

  1. Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add vegetables beef broth and crushed tomato fill the rest with water until kale floats. Cook until potatoes and carrots are fork tender and then add Lanquisa and kidney beans.
