Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 cans dark red kidney beans drained
- 1 can great northern beans drained (or pinto beans)
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 Tbs Cumin
- ½ tsp Oregano
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbs Basil
- 2 Tbs Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- ½ tsp Black Pepper

Directions
Brown ground beef with diced onion.
Add spices and cook for 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a steady simmer for 2 hours.
Serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and crackers.
