Directions

  1. Bring soy sauce and brown sugar to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low and cook until mixture thickens to the texture of maple syrup, about 5 minutes.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for up to a few weeks.
  5. Makes about 3/4 cup.
