Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Add cheese, butter, coconut flour, salt, and onion powder into a food processor.
  • Pulse together until light dough forms.
  • Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and stick it in the fridge for 30 minutes (or in the freezer for 10 minutes if you’re in a rush).
  • Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper
  • Roll out until about 1/8 inch thickness
  • Cut the dough into triangles, or use a cookie cutter
  • Spread the chips onto your parchment paper evenly
  • Bake for 4-5 minutes or until the edges just start to turn light brown
  • Let sit for 3-4 minutes and enjoy!
  • This recipe yields about 60 total chips, for a total of 240 calories and 2.4g net carbs.
