- 3 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- For the filling:
- 1 1/2 cup Farmers cheese
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella
- 1 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- 4 eggs + 1 for egg wash
