2. Blend almonds, crackers, and oats until a coarse meal in food processor. Add coconut oil and honey, pulse until mixture loosely binds together. Lightly grease a pie tin with coconut oil before pressing the crust over the bottom and sides of the pan. Pierce base 4 to 6 times with fork. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool for another 10 minutes.
3. Place kiwi, honey, and lime juice in blender. Blend and set aside.
