Peel potatoes and boil like ur making mash potatoes. When they r soft put them in a big bowl. Wash and soak #1 smead. (Drain water). Mash potatoes. Then add smead. Soak some Arabic bread in water when it gets soft break it up into potatoes. Add salt and pepper. Use hands and mix mixture to make sure bread is broken down. Mixture is ground beef (browned) cream cheese green onions and dried parsley (if u have). Make a ball with the potatoe make a whole in the middle add meat mixture and close (use cold water do close smoother)
