Kung Pao Tofu With Chinese Broccoli & Brown Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Scallions or some slivers of onion
  • 1 Small Piece Ginger
  • 1 bunch Chinese Broccoli or a mix of veggies ( broccolini, cabbage, celery)
  • 1 Package Firm Tofu
  • ¼ cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 tsp Szechuan Peppercorns or fresh ground pepper and a dash of coriander
  • 1 cup Brown Rice
  • 2 Tbsps Black Vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 Dried Chilis or some dried chili flakes
  • 2 Tbsps Sesame Oil
