Directions

  1. Cut meat into large chunks
  2. Marinade overnight then drain reserving marinade
  3. Brown meat in batches. remove
  4. -
  5. Put remaining ingredients except the reserved ones into stew pot
  6. -
  7. Cook 1 to 11/2 hours
  8. -
  9. Add chestnuts, mushrooms, and parsley and cook till mushrooms are done
  10. -
  11. Serve with a penne pasta
