Directions

  1. Sauté cauliflower rice over medium heat for 5-6 minutes in 1 tsp of olive oil
  2. Sauté chosen veggies until slightly tender. Season with salt.
  3. Top cauliflower rice with cooked veggies, spices, fresh herbs and guacamole.
