Lemon Bars ❤️

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 3 Tbs. coconut oil, melted
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • pinch of salt
  • Filling/topping:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • grated zest of 3 lemons

Directions

Preheat oven to 325.

Mix ingredients together for crust, press into bottom of 8x8 pie pan + bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.

Pour the filling over the crust + bake for another 15-20 minutes or until set.

Keep refrigerated.

Top with shredded coconut.
