Lemon Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 1 box lemon pudding
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 Tb. Lemon juice
• Glaze:
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• Lemon zest

Directions

Mix cake ingredients and pour into greased cake pan (12x15 or 9x13).
Bake at 325' for 49-45 minutes.

While cake is baking, make glaze by combining lemon juice and powdered sugar.

When cake is done, use a fork to prick cake along cutting lines.
Spread glaze on top of hot cake.
