Lemon Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 box lemon pudding
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tb. Lemon juice
- Glaze:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Lemon zest

Directions
- Mix cake ingredients and pour into greased cake pan (12x15 or 9x13).
- Bake at 325' for 49-45 minutes.
- While cake is baking, make glaze by combining lemon juice and powdered sugar.
- When cake is done, use a fork to prick cake along cutting lines.
- Spread glaze on top of hot cake.
