Lemon Cheesecake Bombs

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1/2 cup cream cheese
• 0.3g stevia
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 0.3g lemon extract

Directions

Take the cream cheese out and let it soften. Melt the coconut oil.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth. Transfer into the silicone moulds and freeze.

Sprinkle with fresh lemon zest and serve.
