  • 1 oz limoncello
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Meringue frosting
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Directions

  1. Prepare Meringue Frosting: In a bowl, whisk together egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form. Use a piping bag to apply the meringue frosting.
  2. Blend Base Mixture: In a shaker, combine lemon vodka, limoncello, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice. Shake well until chilled.
  3. Serve: Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Top with Meringue: Pipe the meringue frosting on top of the drink.
  5. Torch the Meringue: Carefully torch the meringue frosting until it is golden brown.
  6. Garnish: Garnish with a lemon twist.
