  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. 1. Cook the lentils, retaining the water, then blend.
  2. 2. Add the raw onion, parsley, and salt, then sift in the flour.
  3. 3. Roll into small balls (approx. 1 tbsp of mix per ball).
  4. 4. Bake in the air dryer until lightly crisped.
