Little Joe’s Sauté Chicken

Ingredients

• 2 TBLS Olive Oil
• 2 TBLS Butter
• 3 Cloves of Garlic
• 2 Rosemary Sprigs
• 1/2 Cup White Wine
• Salt & Pepper

Directions

Melt butter with olive oil on medium/medium high heat.
Brown chicken on medium high.
Turn down heat to medium/medium low.
Add garlic, rosemary, and wine cook uncovered for 5 mins.
Turn chicken over and cover with lid loose 3/4.
Turn every 5 mins. until done.
