Make a slice down the skin of the wing to aid absorbing the marinade.
Mix marinade, place wings in large jar, pour in marinade and cover with tinfoil for 2hours in fridge
Remove each wing with tongs, dredge in flour. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack (I use a cooling rack) on top. Spray the rack with non-stick spray. Place wings on rack. Bake for 1 hour turning every 20 minutes
Mix sauce, put cooked wings into a bowl and pour sauce over them, toss and serve.
