  • 3 Tbsp.Of olive oil.
  • 5 minced garlic cloves.
  • Grated Parmesan cheese; I used 1/2 cup.
  • Breadcrumbs; about 1/4 cup.
  • 1 Tsp.Of dried oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp.Of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving).

  1. 1st Step – Set the temp of your oven to 375°F (190°C). And In a large bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Ensure the shrimp are well-coated.
  2. 2nd Step – In a separate bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, dried oregano, and smoked paprika. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. 3rd Step – Take each seasoned shrimp and coat it generously in the Parmesan mixture, ensuring an even and flavorful covering.
  4. 4th Step – Place the coated shrimp on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out to allow for even cooking.
  5. 5th Step – Bake the shrimp in the preheated oven for approximately 12-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown and the edges become crispy. Be cautious not to overcook to maintain the shrimp's tenderness.
  6. 6th Step – Once baked, remove the shrimp from the oven and sprinkle them with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and added freshness.
  7. 7th Step – Serve the Baked Garlic Parmesan Shrimp hot, accompanied by lemon wedges for a zesty kick.
