Boil water + cook noodles according to directions on box.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add garlic + cook for about 1-2 minutes until it is fragrant.
Add 2 cups of cheese, stir + cool down for 2-3 minutes.
Slowly add in all cheese, mix in entirely before adding more. Add in a dash along turmeric for the health benefits
Drain pasta + add noodles to pan, mixing in as added.
