Ingredients

  • 1 pound lentil noodles
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded other cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 4 Tbs. olive oil
  • Tumeric

Directions

  1. Boil water + cook noodles according to directions on box.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic + cook for about 1-2 minutes until it is fragrant.
  4. Add 2 cups of cheese, stir + cool down for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Slowly add in all cheese, mix in entirely before adding more. Add in a dash along turmeric for the health benefits
  6. Drain pasta + add noodles to pan, mixing in as added.
