Maple and Mustard Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 4 skin-on salmon fillets (6 to 8 ounces each)
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Combine syrup, butter, mustard and Worcestershire.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat.
  3. Generously salt and pepper both sides of fish.
  4. Spread glaze on non-skin side.
  5. Place fish in pan skin side down.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until skin is crisp (10 mins)
  7. Flip fish and cook for several minutes on second side.
