Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put sweet potato, sausage and brussel sprouts on the pan. Top with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and add minced garlic and drizzle half of the maple syrup/Dijon mustard sauce over top & mix to coat. Cook for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the rest of the sauce. Then broil for 5 minutes until crispy.
