Mascarpone Cheese Dip with Honey and Thyme

Ingredients

  • 225 gr mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey, your favorite
  • 1-2 teaspoons dried thyme, start with 1
  • ¾ teaspoon salt, add more to taste

Directions

  1. Allow the mascarpone to sit at room temperature for 1 hour soften the cream cheese and make it easy to blend.
  2. Stir in honey and 1 teaspoon dried thyme and ¾ teaspoon salt. Mix together and taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Allow to sit for about 30 minutes for the flavor to blend. Can be made 3 days ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
