Mayonnaise

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons garlic
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 lemons

Directions

In blender add garlic, eggs, and lemon, vinegar, pepper salt and sugar and blend
When blended well stop and remove small lid not the big one
Cover with hand and keep oil next to you
While its getting mixed keep added oil from the top and little by little add more oil, keep added oil till mix gets really heavy look in hole and you’ll see it getting heavier
